Please read the below words before you place the order:

• Before you fill in the order form, please prepare a clear picture or logo in pdf. or ai. file format. If you do not have any file, please contact us through  (852) 2795 9757 or send an email to enquiry@artpack.com.hk , we will talk to you about the extra design cost.
• Also, you are suggested to use the above calculator calculate the total cost of the order. 
• After you fill in and submit the order, we will confirm the order and send you the invoice within 9 working hour. If you do not receive any reply, please contact us as soon as possible during our office hour.
• Please settle the payment once you receive the invoice and order confirmation email. Please send the bank pay-in slip or a copy of transaction record to us by email (enquiry@artpack.com.hk) with your name, contact phone number, and order information.
• We will send you a sample in jpg. file format. Please note that this product do not provide any physical sample.
• If you feel satisfied with the jpg. sample, Congratulation! you will receive the paper bag within 7 days.
• Artpack Paper Bag Limited is not responsible for any delay, damages or loss incurred or suffered by you in connection with the delivery process.
